Joining the waitlist

How to join the Rufio waitlist and decide whether to also be considered for the pilot

Goal

Join the Rufio waitlist, and decide along the way whether you also want to be considered for the hands-on pilot — at no cost and with no commitment either way.

Before you start

Joining the waitlist itself needs only a work email address. If you also want to be considered for the pilot, have a few more details ready: your name, how you'd describe your business type, roughly how many people work there, and where you're located. Your business name and website are useful but optional.

None of this is a purchase. Waitlist members qualify for a waitlist-only early-access discount, pilot consideration is optional, and there's no payment or commitment required to join. Whether or not you ask to be considered for the pilot, you stay on the general waitlist either way — the pilot question only decides whether you're also considered for the smaller, earlier group.

Steps

  1. Decide whether you also want to be considered for the pilot. A small group gets earlier, hands-on access than the general waitlist, but joining the waitlist does not require joining the pilot — you can choose "waitlist only" instead.
  2. Go to the waitlist sign-up and enter your work email. This is the only field required if you're joining the waitlist alone.
  3. Answer the pilot question on the form directly: "Yes, consider me" or "Waitlist only."
  4. If you chose to be considered for the pilot, fill in the additional fields it asks for: your name, your business type, your number of employees, and your location. Business name and website are optional. These details are used to find businesses where the pilot can produce useful feedback, not to rank the size or polish of your company.
  5. Submit the form.

Verify

You'll know it worked when the form is replaced with a confirmation: "You're on the list," with a note that your place has been saved and a confirmation sent. If you asked to be considered for the pilot, the confirmation says your details will be reviewed for a fit; if you chose waitlist only, it says you'll be told when early access opens.

If it doesn't work

The form shows an error instead of the confirmation. If your place couldn't be saved, the form says so directly and shows which fields need fixing. If it can't reach the waitlist at all, it tells you to check your connection and try again. Either way, nothing is submitted until the confirmation appears — a failed attempt does not put you on the list.

You submitted successfully but haven't heard anything yet. The form doesn't commit to a specific point at which you'll hear back — what happens next depends on what you chose. If you asked to be considered for the pilot, your details are reviewed for a fit. If you joined the waitlist only, you're notified when early access opens. There's nothing further to do on your end after submitting; you don't need to resubmit or follow up to stay on the list.

You're not sure your information stays private. The form states plainly that your information is used only to evaluate and contact you about Rufio access, and that it isn't sold or added to a sales list. That applies to everything you submit, whether you joined the waitlist only or also asked to be considered for the pilot.
